What is CAIS?
CAIS is a construction AI platform that helps teams turn project documents into structured outputs such as BOQ, schedules, pricing support, and project-level answers through TUT.
What can the AI Masters do?
The AI Masters support quantity take-off, planning, pricing, and contract administration workflows. Each Master focuses on a specific construction task and can feed project context into TUT.
What files can I upload?
The public pricing demo accepts an Excel or CSV BOQ. Quantity takeoff currently accepts PDF only; other QTO formats are coming soon. Check each workflow’s limits.
Can I use each Master separately?
Yes. You can run an individual Master for a specific task, or use TUT to connect outputs and ask questions across the wider project context.
Is my project data used to train AI models?
No. CAIS keeps project data confidential, isolates it per job, and does not use uploaded documents or project content to train AI models.
How do I start?
Try the public BOQ pricing demo with one Excel or CSV bill of quantities. For drawing QTO, planning, contract review or project conversations, use the appropriate signed-in workspace. Review all AI outputs before use.
