TUT

TUT project intelligence for construction teams

TUT is the optional project intelligence layer in CAIS. Bring together project documents and available service results, ask questions in Arabic or English, and inspect the sources behind an answer.

For teams reviewing a project across disciplines

Project managers, quantity surveyors, planners and commercial teams can use TUT to navigate the information they have supplied. It helps connect a quantity, a rate, a programme or a contract obligation to its project context. It is a source-assisted review tool; your team remains responsible for decisions.

What you can do in TUT

Ask about the supplied evidence

Ask a focused question about readable project documents. Answers show source references when project evidence is used, so you can return to the underlying document and check the interpretation.

Choose the context for a question

Use the project context, select document versions, or ask without project sources. A selected version and a newer revision can describe different project states; confirm the scope before comparing them.

Connect available service results

Keep available QTO, pricing, planning and contract review results alongside the project documents. This makes it easier to discuss relationships between outputs without treating a missing service result as completed work.

Prepare the inputs and understand the outputs

You provide

  • A project workspace and documents you are authorised to share.
  • Readable contracts, BOQs, schedules, reports or supporting correspondence in the uploader’s accepted formats.
  • A precise question, the relevant revision and the date or period you want to examine.

PDF · XLSX · XLS · CSV · XER · DOCX

You review

  • A conversational answer based on the context available to the question.
  • Source references and available project summaries or linked service outputs.
  • Missing evidence, inconsistent figures or incomplete context that need a follow-up check.

A practical review workflow

  1. Create or open a project

Sign in, choose the project and check that the right people have access.

  2. Add the relevant evidence

Upload the current documents or make the appropriate service results available. Check document processing and revision status.

  3. Ask one answerable question

State the scope: for example, which supplied programme activity relates to a particular BOQ item, or where a payment term appears.

  4. Check the source before acting

Open the cited evidence, reconcile the figures and record your own decision or required correction.

Human review and limitations

  • AI can miss information, retrieve an incomplete excerpt or interpret it incorrectly. A citation helps you check an answer; it does not certify that answer.
  • TUT cannot establish facts absent from the supplied evidence. A file that has not processed, a missing revision or an unavailable service result leaves a gap.
  • A project summary depends on the documents and results available at the time. Check dates, units, currencies and version differences before comparing totals.
  • TUT does not approve drawings, certify payment, determine contractual entitlement or replace a qualified engineer, quantity surveyor or legal adviser.
  • The new project workspace—including its project creation, document graph, jobs launched from project documents and Save to Project—is unavailable unless released to your account.

Project access and data handling

Project documents and conversations sit behind authentication and project access controls. This public page contains no project files. Upload only information you are authorised to process, check team access, and minimise personal or commercially sensitive details. AI providers may process document excerpts and messages as needed to deliver the feature; review the privacy and security pages before uploading.

Open your project workspace

Sign in or create an account to use TUT. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan and workspace permissions. The next step opens the protected TUT workspace; visitors are asked to sign in.
