Why CAIS is modular: use one Master, or connect them all with TUT

By CAIS

Most construction software asks you to commit to an entire ecosystem before you get any value. CAIS is built the opposite way.

Each Master stands alone. Need a quantity take-off today and nothing else? Use the QTO Master and walk away with an Excel. Need to price an existing BOQ? Use the Pricing Master on its own. Planning, Contract Admin — same. Every Master is a complete tool with its own input and its own output. You never have to adopt the whole platform to get one job done.

TUT connects them when you want. When you do run a full project through several Masters, TUT — your AI project assistant — links the results. It can answer "which BOQ items drive the cost?", "does this schedule align with the BOQ?", or "what contract risks should I review?" across everything in one project. TUT is optional: it makes the parts greater than the sum, but it never gets in the way of using a single Master.

Why this matters. Modularity lowers the cost of trying CAIS. You can start with the one thing you need this week, prove the value, and expand only when it makes sense. No rip-and-replace, no all-or-nothing migration.

Use each Master independently, or let TUT help you connect the results. That choice stays yours.
