Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your CAIS TUT account and all associated data. CAIS TUT ("TUT by CAIS") is a mobile app published by CAIS — Construction AI Solutions (buildcais.com).

In the app (fastest): 1. Open CAIS TUT and sign in. 2. Go to the Settings tab. 3. Scroll to the Account section. 4. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately. By email (if you can't access the app): Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes: - Your account and profile - Authentication tokens (refresh tokens, push notification tokens) - Linked sign-in methods (Google, Apple) - All TUT projects you own - Uploaded documents (BOQs, contracts, drawings, schedules) - Chat sessions and messages - Voice input transcripts

We retain only: - Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., tax and transaction records), for the minimum period required by applicable law. - Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be used to identify you. Backups that contain your data are rotated and fully purged within 30 days of deletion.
